Braised Greens

Braised Greens as shown on video from Jubilee Farm

 Finely chopped onion (and any hard greens, like chard stems), heat with olive oil until soft (20 min). Add garlic, nutmeg and chipotle powder. Heat until the smells "bloom"

Add greens, additional water if needed, cover and let steep for 5 min then start folding onions into greens. Cook another 10 min or so, so the greens are fully cooked. Can be kept in fridge up to 5 days.
