Apple Bread

 This recipe came from Katie Perry, a friend in our first married ward, the BYU 1st Ward. 

3C flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Mix together and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine:

2C sugar
2C peeled, shredded apple
3/4C peeled, chopped apple
1/2C cooking oil
2 eggs

Add dry mixture to apple mixture. Stir till just moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans (batter will be thick). Bake at 350* for 55-60 min.
