1 lb ground beef
1 onion
5 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups water
4 tsp bullion
1.5 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained (3 cups dry, cooked in pressure cooker)
28 oz can diced tomatoes
Brown meat with onions. Drain off fat. Cook kidney beans in pressure cooker, if needed. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook low 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally
* try adding garlic to the browning meat
