1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
1 can (15oz) coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well. Turn ice cream maker (kitchen aid brand) onto lowest setting. Pour into ice cream maker and process until thickened, about 25 min. Becomes very hard when frozen, so plan to let it thaw for at least 5 min before trying to serve.
