Peach Crisp

4 cups Peach slices, drained
1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup oats

Dump peaches into a glass baking pan. Combine other ingredients by smashing with a fork to work butter into crumbs. Pour on top of the peaches. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve warm and topped with ice cream.

My mom (Grandma Suzanne) loved to make this as a Sunday evening treat. She would sometimes double the crisp, because it is so good.
