banana bread

1-3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cloves
2 eggs
1/2 cups oil
3/4 cup sugar
3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. then add wet to dry 1/3 at a time. Bake in a loaf pan at 350* for 45-60 minutes.

Adapted from the Lunt Family cookbook, submitted by Aunt Ann (Ann Maskel) but I am pretty sure she got this recipe from my mom.
